Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

Try before you pay

Every new Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time on your account page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it (completing checkout), without giving a reason. Send us a clear statement, for example by e-mail to hello@openretouch.com, or use the model form below. Sending it before the 14 days end is enough.

We refund all payments received from you, in full, within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method, at no cost to you.

14-day money-back guarantee

On top of the statutory right: if you were charged and OpenRetouch Pro is not working for you, write to hello@openretouch.com within 14 days of the charge (including the first charge after your trial, and yearly renewals) and we refund it in full. After that, payments are not refundable except where the law requires it.

Switching plans

Moving from monthly to yearly is charged immediately with credit for the unused part of your month. Moving from yearly to monthly takes effect at your next renewal.

Complaints

If OpenRetouch does not work as described, write to hello@openretouch.com with your account e-mail and a description of the problem. We reply within 14 days. Consumers have the statutory remedies: bringing the service into conformity, a price reduction or termination with a refund.
